In March, we learned the first 5 movements of Kuan Yin
Standing Qigong, which is a 10 movement sequential form.
In May, we will review and continue with movements 6-10.
This is an introductory workshop to Kuan Yin Standing, so all are
welcome. Experienced students find this Qigong moves their practice to a deeper

The practice of Kuan Yin Standing Qigong gifts the practitioner with the
experience of the sacredness of his/her body. As the qi flows through the
body through the practice, little by little, it does its work of opening
the heart of the practitioner, releasing the suppleness and the compassion
of the original heart.
