 What is an Attunement?
Anyone can become a Reiki channel or conduit, for self-healing or for facilitating the healing of others, but Reiki cannot be learned by reading about it or by listening to audio or video instructions. In order to channel Reiki, one must become aligned to the Reiki energy through a series of attunements given by a Reiki Master. An attunement (sometimes called an empowerment or initiation) re-patterns one’s bio-energetic field and aligns it with the vibrational frequencies of the Reiki energy. This enables one to attract Reiki energy much like a magnet. Receiving a Reiki attunement is like turning on a switch. Once activated, Reiki begins to flow unimpeded whenever one consciously draws on the energy. One’s ability to tap into this energy source is natural, direct and amplified. Once attuned, one will be able to channel Reiki for the rest of one’s life, and the connection will continue to intensify and increase with use and practice.
We offer individual private attunements and group ATTUNEMENT WORKSHOPS. Private workshops are given in one day, group workshops over a weekend. The fee is the same for both. Please CONTACT US for a schedule of upcoming workshops or to make arrangements for a private attunement.

 Reiki Jin Kei Do™ is the practice of Reiki that incorporates the following into one’s life:
  		• Meditation and the development of inner wisdom.
  		• Healing with compassion.
  		• Integration of healing and meditation as part of daily life.

     The First Degree Attunement and Training includes: ($125**)
  		• Information on the history and evolution of Reiki and Reiki Jin Kei Do.
  		• Information about the body’s energetic anatomy (chakras).
  		• Four attunements that open and align one’s bio-energetic field to the Reiki energy.
  		• Training in self-treatment of the physical and subtle energy bodies.
  		• Learning a seated protocol for treating the physical and subtle energy bodies of others.
  		• Meditation – information, training and practice.
  		• Qigong – information, training and practice.

     The Second Degree Attunement and Training includes: ($175**)
  		• Two attunements which raise the vibration of the crown and palm chakras.
  		• Learning and practicing the three sacred Reiki symbols.
  		• Learning a lying-down treatment protocol for treating others.
  		• Learning distance healing techniques.
  		• Learning how to help others in their healing process.
  		• Deeper concepts of Meditation and Qigong.
  		• Learning about the responsibilities of becoming a Reiki practitioner.

     The Third Degree (Senior Practitioner): ($225**)
    This level of training is for Reiki Jin Kei Do level 2 practitioners who would like to move their practice to an even deeper level. In the Senior Practitioner level (Reiki 3) attunement, you receive a 22 point attunement (this does not include an additional symbol) which opens the gateway for further personal growth and development along the Reiki Jin Kei Do path, in addition to increasing your awareness and ability as a channel of these powerful healing energies.
      The weekend will include review and training in:
  		• Meditation and qigong.
  		• Beginning instruction in the use of a pendulum.
  		• The importance of breathing and breath work.
  		• Emotional response in bodywork.
  		• Staying grounded.
  		• Learning an additional lying down protocol for treatment of back pain.
  		• Further discussion and techniques for chakra balancing.

     Mastership Level Attunement and Training: 
    The decision to commit to the Mastership Level requires serious consideration and cannot be taken lightly. When a person feels drawn to this level of service, he/she should make contact with the Master Teacher to discuss his/her commitment to this level of training.

    The overall training consists of three week-end training phases over a twelve month period, interspersed with the co-teaching of First and Second Degree classes. Consideration for training requires a Letter of Intent and a private meeting with the Master Teacher. The potential student must have established the discipline of a personal meditation practice.
      The course is structured to help a senior student to:
  		• Further develop their personal growth and potential.
  		• Further develop their professional Reiki practice.
  		• Provide the materials, instruction, and incentive to teach Reiki, if desired.

    **The suggested FEE is based on local workshops in El Paso, TX.
    Out-of-town Fees are slightly higher to cover travel expenses.
